HelloFresh’s biggest discounts go to new customers, and the code trackers mention most this week is POGHF6248, listed for 65% off. It appeared on several coupon sites on October 16, 2026.
What is the best HelloFresh code right now?
POGHF6248 is the lead code. One tracker lists it at 65% off with free shipping on the first box, and two other trackers reported it as accepted in recent tests. One tracker showed an October 16, 2026 expiry for it, so it is worth trying soon. BIBTV10FM is a second option, listed at 51% off and confirmed working on October 4. HFAFL10 ties to the flagship new-customer offer: 10 free meals and free breakfast for life, with the first box shipping free.
How do the first-box discounts actually work?
HelloFresh intro offers are built around free meals rather than a flat percentage. The headline “10 free meals” is calculated against a 4-person, 5-recipe plan. Pick a bigger plan and the dollar value grows; pick a smaller plan and it shrinks. The free meals are applied as a discount on your first box. Free breakfast for life means a free breakfast item keeps arriving with your boxes while your subscription stays active. Your first box ships free, while later boxes carry a shipping fee.
Can I use more than one code?
No. HelloFresh allows one promo code per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers unless the terms say otherwise. Compare the total value of each code for your plan, then use the strongest one and skip the rest.
Do the savings continue after the first box?
Often they do, just at a lower rate. Trackers list a student offer around 55% off the first box plus 15% off the following 51 boxes. Former customers get their own lane: HelloFresh runs comeback pricing for people who reactivate a cancelled subscription. If you already used the new-customer offer, check your account for win-back deals before paying full price.
Are there discounts for students, military members, and heroes?
HelloFresh runs status-based discounts alongside its public codes. Trackers list a student discount near 50 to 55% off, a veteran discount up to 55% off, and a Hero Discount program for eligible community members. These need verification through HelloFresh’s own eligibility pages. If you qualify, one of these can beat any public code.
How do I apply the code at checkout?
Sign up on hellofresh.com first, then pick your meal plan and box size before you touch the promo field. Some discounts only apply to certain plans. Type the code into the Promo Code field during checkout and check that the discount shows in your order summary before you pay. After that, look at your account settings to see how long the promo pricing lasts and when regular billing starts.
HelloFresh FAQs
Is the free breakfast for life really free?
Yes, while your subscription stays active. The free breakfast item arrives with your boxes as long as you keep receiving deliveries. Pause or cancel, and the perk ends with it.
What does a box cost after the discounts run out?
Trackers list regular pricing around $8.99 to $12.49 per meal, plus a shipping fee near $8.99 per box. Your plan size and recipe choices decide where you land in that range.
Can existing customers get any discount?
The big intro codes are for new customers only. Existing customers can still save through the friend referral scheme, which gives account credits for referrals, and through comeback offers if they paused or cancelled.
Why did my code not apply?
The most common reasons are using a code meant for new customers on an existing account, picking a plan the code excludes, or trying to combine it with another offer. Check the terms on the code you used and try again with a matching plan.
Can I pause or skip weeks?
Yes. HelloFresh is a subscription, and you can skip weeks or pause deliveries from your account settings. Just watch the cutoff day for each week’s box so you are not charged for a delivery you did not want.
How I check these codes
I compare what four or more independent coupon trackers list as working, and I keep a code only when at least two of them show it as active within the past week. Read the full method here: how I check deals.
